Scheduling an appt with CCBC and paying your retainer means you agree to the terms and agreements in place.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Retainer is transferable once, if a new date is needed you must cancel & schedule with a new retainer. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours or will result in 50% of service for late cancellation. No shows are 100% of service.
